Minimum Qualifications	Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center, a member of McLaren Health Care Corporation, is accepting resumes from qualified candidates for the role of Surgical Technician for the Operating Room. This is a full time afternoon shift position. Shifts are 8 hours. To be considered for the position candidates must meet the following requirements. High School diploma. Graduate of an accredited surgical technician program. Minimum one year operating room experience preferred. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, microbiology, and pathology required. Also required knowledge of sterile techniques and principles. Must have sufficient interpersonal skills necessary to participate in collaborative patient care. Must be able to assist in patient transporting.
Primary Duties	Assist the surgeon, physician, anesthesiologist, and registered nurse intraoperatively or with special surgical procedures. This position reports to the Clinical Manager of the Operating Room.
