Minimum Qualifications	1.Graduate of an APTA accredited program of physical therapy. Two years of physical therapy experience, preferably in a home care setting. Current State of Michigan Board of Physical Therapy licensure, or eligibility for licensure. Current CPR certification prior to patient contact. Valid State of Michigan driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
Primary Duties	Responsible for coordinating and participating in the delivery of patient/resident/client physical therapy following hospital and departmental policies.
