Position Summary:
Generates and accepts Social Work referrals, applies casework process, performs department duties, documents activities and performs social work functions of counseling, referral/resource acquisition/and case consultation and coordination.
Required Education / Experience:
1. Possess a Masters degree in Social Work from accredited higher educational institution.
2. Michigan Licensure as Masters Level Social Worker (L.M.S.W.)
Preferred Education / Experience:
1. Enrollment in Academy for Certified Social Workers.
2. One year of related experience.
3. Demonstrated competence working with adolescents with psychiatric illness preferred.
