Dr. Cole inducted into Hall of Fame

The inaugural class of the BlackDoctor.org Top Blacks in Healthcare Hall of Fame includes a well-respected Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute physician. Craig Cole, M.D., malignant hematologist and member of the Hematology Oncology and Multiple Myeloma and Amyloidosis Multidisciplinary Teams, was inducted into the Hall of Fame in April 2025.

Eleven inductees were honored for their impact on the landscape of health care in the Black community. The weekend celebration included a special exhibit showcasing the journeys and achievements of the inducted physicians, including Dr. Cole. Dr. Cole also participated in a panel discussion on overcoming barriers to clinical trial access.
