Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists at McLaren Lapeer Region work closely with patients to help them regain their strength and mobility. This “hands on†approach is designed to get patients back to their normal activities and back home.
Occupational therapy is offered to patients in the hospital (inpatient therapy) and patients visiting our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Center (outpatient therapy). In both settings, we evaluate individual patients and develop a personalized plan of care to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability.
