The Karmanos Cancer Institute at McLaren Flint is pleased to welcome board-certified Surgical Oncologist Jeffrey Hotaling, MD. He joins George Yoo, MD, as an expert in the surgical management of head and neck (mouth and throat) cancers, along with melanoma, thyroid, parotid, and sinus tumors.
“I am excited to bring additional head and neck cancer care to Flint,” said Dr. Hotaling. “A cancer diagnosis is obviously incredibly difficult and I feel it’s important that we do whatever we can to ease the burden for patients to make it easier for them to access care.”
Dr. Hotaling completed a fellowship in head and neck surgical oncology and microvascular reconstruction at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Hines, IL, after graduating from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, IL.
