Rotations

Hematology - 2 months @ MGL & Sparrow Hospital
Hematology/Pathology - 1 month
IDC - 2 months @ MGL & Sparrow Hospital
Inpatient - 6 months @ MGL and Sparrow Hospital
Radiation Oncology - 1 month

• Inpatient rotation is primarily a consult service and time is split between McLaren Greater Lansing and Sparrow Hospital in addition to continuity clinics scheduled at primary site.

Bone Marrow Transplant - 1 month @ MGL, Spectrum Butterworth & DMC
Hematology - 2 months @ MGL & Sparrow Hospital
Elective - 3 months
IDC - 2 months @ MGL & Sparrow Hospital
Inpatient - 4 months @ MGL & Sparrow Hospital

• Inpatient rotation is primarily a consult service and time is split between McLaren Greater Lansing and Sparrow Hospital in addition to continuity clinics scheduled at primary site.

How to Apply

Application Method

McLaren Greater Lansing Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship Program participates in the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) National Resident Match Program (NRMP) and will only accept applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Paper applications are not accepted.

Required Documents for Application

A completed ERAS Application within the required timeline
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
3 or more letters of recommendation
Personal Statement
Copy of USMLE Scores
Copy of ECFMG certificate (if applicable)

Selection Process

Minimum requirements to be considered for an interview include:

Applicants must be a US Citizen or hold a valid green card
- MGL does not sponsor or accept visa candidates
Successful completion of Internal Medicine Residency from an AOA or ACGME-accredited program

Interviews

Virtual interviews will be conducted this year. No in-person interviews will be offered.
