On 10/19, they learned about mental health, anesthesiology, and lung cancer imaging. This last Saturday, 10/26, they were introduced to the Family Medicine team as well as Surgical. Some of the hands on experiences they had were with suturing and the Davinci machine. They also practiced with stethoscopes with the Family Medicine Team.
The closing ceremony at McLarenu is on November 9. This is where students will present a case study they have been working on as well as receive a certificate of completion for the program.
