McLaren Lapeer Region Foundation
Chances are if you or a loved one has spent time within the walls of McLaren Lapeer it has impacted your life in some way. Whether it was the birth of a new child or grandchild, a trip to the Emergency Department after an accident, or a life-saving surgery, it had an effect on you and your family. In every area of the hospital, your experience has been touched by generosity — some of that generosity is thanks to the McLaren Lapeer Region Foundation and its supporters.
The McLaren Lapeer Region Foundation was established in 1972 when it received its largest bequest from Frank and Myrtie Thompson to create the Frank A. Thompson Memorial Fund.
The Foundation is the hub of philanthropic initiatives to benefit McLaren Lapeer Region, the primary provider of health care services to Lapeer County and the surrounding area.
