Enrollment Instructions

To Enroll existing AT&T Service into the program follow these steps:

  1. Click the Create a new AT&T account or register for discounts button and enter Zip code.
  2. Click the Continue button
  3. Choose Discount Registration found at the top of the page
  4. Click Online Validation button.
  5. Follow the steps listed on the next page to complete your registration.
  6. Once you have enrolled you will receive an email confirmation at your email address.
  7. Takes 1 to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement.

To sign-up for New Service with AT&T follow these steps:

  1. Click the Create a new AT&T account or register for discounts radio button.
  2. Enter your zip code where you will be using the phone the most.
  3. Click the Continue button.
  4. Follow the steps listed on the next page to complete your request.

To Transfer existing phone number to AT&T follow these steps:

  1. Click the Create a new AT&T account or register for discounts radio button.
  2. Enter your zip code where you will be using the phone the most.
  3. Click the box next to Transfer my existing number to a new account.
  4. Click the Continue button.
  5. Follow the steps listed on the next page to complete your transfer.

McLaren Health Care Employees may also go into an AT&T Corporate Retail Store (NOT a Best Buy, etc.) to shop for new and existing services. To locate the nearest store visit www.wireless.att.com/find-a-store and enter your zip code. Mention Foundation Account Number 3001777 show proof of employment (employee badge, or paycheck stub) with McLaren Health Care.
