Description
This is an all day class that provides information regarding general childbirth preparation. It will give an overview of the birth process including labor preparation, birth videos, cesarean birth, medical pain management, limited basic relaxation and breathing techniques. It will include a tour of the Miriam F. Acheson Family Birth Place.
