Exercises to Promote Senior Fitness
Regular exercise and strengthening are important to your health. Being physically active can improve your brain health, reduce the risk of disease, help manage weight, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities. This program will demonstrate specific exercises and will include tips on proper form to avoid injuries.
