The McLaren Charity Gala kicks-off
summer as an evening garden party held at the Hospitality House at McLaren. This
FUNraiser makes for the perfect setting for socializing with friends and colleagues
while enjoying cocktails, a strolling dinner, dancing, entertainment, and a silent
auction. Each year, nearly 300 McLaren team members. Physicians, Business Leaders and McLaren Partners come together for camaraderie and charitable giving.
Proceeds from this year’s
Gala will support cardiac rehabilitation initiatives for the patients that we
serve. As part of our award-winning Cardiac program, cardiac rehab has been shown to improve important patient
outcomes, including control of cardiovascular risk factors, quality of life,
hospital readmission and mortality rates. McLaren Flint’s cardiac rehab program
includes monitored, personalized exercise programming, emotional support, and
educational experiences. Along with funding enhancements to patient education
and program services, Gala proceeds will support a patient transportation fund.
This fund will ensure that every patient has the opportunity to attend critical
cardiac rehab appointments, promoting health equity and improved outcomes for
all patients.
