Congratulations to Sally Lee, physical therapy assistant, McLaren Flint's December Outstanding Employee of the Month. Sally, who works in outpatient physical therapy, was honored in front of her colleagues on December 16. She has been with McLaren Flint a total of 44 years. Coworkers applaud not only Sally's work ethic, but her positivity and warm bedside manner with the patients in her care.
"Sally supports her coworkers and makes sure they have all the tools they need to succeed," said her nominator. "She takes it upon herself to make sure our patients have a positive experience with McLaren from their first day through discharge."
