Congratulations, Melody Henry, RN, our November Outstanding Employee of the Month. Melody is a clinical coordinator in medical oncology at Karmanos Cancer Institute at McLaren Flint. In the short time she has been with us, Melody has made quite an impression on her colleagues.
"Melody is an amazing, dedicated, passionate employee," one nominator said. "She goes above and beyond to help and guide patients through their medical oncology process."
Melody said she was humbled by the honor. "I was extremely surprised and deeply moved. I have always said that our wonderful staff is like a big family. That is the feeling that we want our patients to share, in knowing that they are loved and cared for by our family."
