McLaren Flint is pleased to announce September’s Outstanding Employee of the Month, Kim Goss-Bueche, CVT. Kim is a cardiovascular technologist in McLaren Flint’s Cath Lab. Seven of Kim’s colleagues nominated her for this honor, citing her work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond for her team as well as her patients.
“While working in an intense environment, Kim manages to do her job, while reassuring her patients that they are safe and in good hands,” said one nominator.
“Kim’s commitment to patient safety and detail has led her to be the go-to person for many of the high-tech/high-skilled cases,” said another of Kim’s nominators. “Kim is and has been the standard of care that McLaren Flint strives for.”
