We accept traditional Medicare patients who have spent 3 or more nights in any ICU type setting and/or ventilator dependent patients requiring weaning. All other insurances may require pre-authorization and every patient must be screened prior to acceptance and pre-authorization for admission. The Case Managers perform the screening for admission and may be reached Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, EST by dialing 989-667-6828.
