McLaren Flint, part of McLaren Health Care and the 378-bed hospital serving all of Genesee County, was named one of 'Flint & Genesee’s Top 10 Employers’ on September 14, 2023. This new recognition program from the Flint & Genesee Group is being highlighted in the September/October edition of AND, the Group’s bimonthly business magazine.

The application process for the new Flint & Genesee Group’s Top 10 Employers program opened in April. An external committee comprised of human resources and leadership consultants reviewed and scored each application.
“These employers set the bar for what makes a great place to work in our community,” said Tim Herman, CEO of the Flint & Genesee Group.
Health care is competitive, and the hospital knows how important it is to support employee growth and professional development and provide opportunities for advancement.
