McLaren Health Care talent acquisition team recognized as top 100 in US

McLaren Health Care, the three-state, fully integrated health care delivery system, has earned national recognition from the 2023 OnCon Icon Awards by being named to its list of Top 100 Talent Acquisition Teams.

The list compiles organizations from around the country that demonstrate a “good mix of success and positive impact on their organization,” strong contributions through thought leadership, innovation in their projects, and team leaders who have exhibited exceptional leadership.

“What is incredibly satisfying about this award is that it recognizes the collective work of our entire team,” said Kimberly Keaton Williams, McLaren Health Care Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development and Chief Diversity Officer, “and it is with the entire team that we share this recognition. Health care staffing challenges have been well-publicized and being recognized for achievements in the face of such adversity is a testament to their dedication.”

With awards voted upon by peers and the community, OnCon Icon Awards are an annual event for global business executive. The Top 100 Talent Acquisition Teams list includes several globally recognized organizations and brands, including Major League Baseball, 7-Eleven, Survey Monkey, and Spotify.

With more than 28,000 full-, part-time, and contract employees, McLaren health care professionals serve the needs of communities throughout Michigan and northern Ohio through 13 hospitals and several health care campuses and outpatient facilities.
