McLaren Grand Ledge: January 2025 Update

Construction on the new ambulatory care center and freestanding emergency department continues to progress, even through the cold temperatures and falling snow.

Here are a few of the milestones accomplished during this month:

• Prefabrication wall panels began being placed in mid-January
• The roof decking is completed along the entire building
• Plans to install temporary enclosures for doors and windows will begin shortly

As we move into February, we’re excited to continue to see progress with plans to start prepping the east end of the building and the roofing system.
