Kirk Ray, MBA, brings a wealth of health care leadership experience to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of McLaren Greater Lansing.
During his tenure, he oversaw the planning, construction, and transition of the hospital’s new $600-million state-of-the-art campus. He has also strengthened the hospital’s association with Michigan State University through an outpatient imaging joint venture, expanded strategic service line partnerships, and is currently overseeing the development of a freestanding emergency department in Grand Ledge.
Ray earned a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Linda Mercado Peterson, MD, has been an invaluable member of the Lansing Hispanic and medical community since 1994. Dr. Peterson earned her medical degree at Michigan State University and is a dedicated educator and leader at McLaren Greater Lansing.
Dr. Peterson is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and she has received numerous teaching and community awards throughout her career.
Jay has extensive experience in hospital operations, including reducing nursing turnover and securing funds for state-of-the-art equipment. He has held leadership roles across seven states and is committed to community service.
Jay earned master’s degrees in both business administration and health administration.
Jodi has over 30 years of nursing and hospital administration experience. She has led quality improvement initiatives and established processes to enhance patient care and staff morale.
Jodi earned her BSN from the University of Michigan - Flint and a master’s in nursing leadership from American Sentinel University.
Dale has been with McLaren Greater Lansing since 1995, contributing to the hospital’s financial and operational success. Outside of work, he enjoys running and spending time with his family.
Lynn leads practices to enhance patient and employee experiences. She successfully led a $10 million capital campaign for the new healthcare campus and emphasizes community partnerships.
Derek is a licensed attorney with a long history of human resources leadership within McLaren Health Care. He enjoys family time, music, and movies.
John has a decades-long tenure with McLaren Greater Lansing and is focused on patient-centered development at the new hospital. He holds degrees from Ferris State University and Western Michigan University.
