Cafeteria and Dining Options
The medical center's cafeteria is located on the ground floor in the north building. Open Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. and weekends 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Cafe
Open Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 11 a.m and 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Vending options available 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Vending Machines
Vending machines are available in several patient care waiting rooms as well as in the seating area of the 1st floor cafe.
Valet Parking
This service is available to our patients and visitors. Located at the main entrance, it can be accessed Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The cost for this service is $5 per vehicle.
WiFi
McLaren Flint has wireless internet service available to our guests throughout the medical center.
For guests to access the system they simply need to do the following:
- View available wireless networks.
- Select and connect to the wireless connection named "guest."
- *Connection does not require an access code or key.
ATM
Visitors can access ATMs directly behind the main lobby on the first floor and outside of the main cafeteria on the ground floor (north building).
Gift Shop
The Special Things Gift Shop located inside the Main Lobby of the hospital offers a wide variety of personal need items, cards, flowers, reading material, snacks, and gift items. Open Mon, Tues and Fri from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Pastoral Care
A team of chaplains, who can provide spiritual care for all denominations, are available 24 hours per day for patients and their families. Ask the patient’s care team to contact them on your behalf or you can call extension 24399 from an internal phone.
Reflection Room
The Reflection Room is located on the first floor adjacent to the lobby. Visitors of all faiths are welcome to visit for prayer and meditation.
Lounges and Waiting Areas
There are specially designed lounge areas for visitors on patient floors and on the main floor in the lobby. Specific waiting areas have been designated for families of patients in the critical care units, the emergency department and surgery. A nurse liaison is available in the surgical waiting room area to help keep families informed about the progress of the surgery and the patient's condition.
Restrooms
Public restrooms are available throughout the hospital. Patient restrooms are for patient use only.
